Before talk further about this, we must know what it is. Orphan page is a page on a website that has no internal link from other pages on that blog, look bad? I think so. This not only makes the page have no popularity, but it decreases the SEO performance on the site wide. Thus, you must avoid this because it will make you must work harder on SEO. If you can make it easy, why must hard? The only question is: how to avoid it?

First, analyze all the pages on your website. Do not analyze the WebPages that are linked from almost all WebPages on the blog, this is futile because it is not orphan. Check the internal links. If you find one that is orphan, edit an article and link it. Then, go to pingler.com and ping the article. After the search engines crawled the post, your SEO performance will back into the previous level. Not in a couple second, but it take time, but not too long. So, you can easily make your keywords on top.

Please do not make this problem easy, everything on your blog should be optimized. It will decrease the performance on search engines on sitewide. Orphan page is a fatal mistake. This is not only on your blog, but if you collect backlinks, you must take an attention about this too. Profiles page usually is orphan, except the member is active and has many internal links. So, if you make a new profile on forums or community, do not ping it. On forums, make some posts and ping the thread that you have replied. When the search engines come, they will follow the link to the profile and index it. The value of the backlink also will be increased and you will rank well. That’s it.
