Accident: Laura Bush Killed A Man?

Accident happened not on Ohio, Hawaii, or Colorado. It’s all about Laura Bush. This is real. It is dated 6 November 1963, when Laura Bush, Laura Welch was a former 17-year was on his way to the road to Texas. He was in a Chevrolet sedan he was driving at the intersection of State Route 349 when he suddenly discovers that he can not control his car and hit a Corvair sedan. The passengers of the Corvair said Michael Dutton Douglas, who is only 17 years old at the time. Reports say that Michael Douglas broke his neck and died in a car accident. Snow Emergency Levels in Ohio

Sheriff in Ohio State has the power to restrict or even close the street during snow and ice make driving hazardous. They have this power in the year 1986 from the Ohio Attorney General’s opinion of Anthony J. Celebrezze, Jr.. Celebrezze wrote “the sheriff of the area can be declared snow emergency and temporarily close roads and city districts in its jurisdiction for the preservation of public peace. Level A means that a dangerous path and deviated from blowing snow, cold road and drivers were warned to watch caution.

Level One means roads are hazardous with blowing and drifting snow, cold road and drivers were warned to be careful. Level Two means roads are hazardous, only those who feel it necessary to drive should do, and drivers are encouraged to call their employers to verify that they had to report to work. Level three means that all roads are closed to non-emergency personnel. No one was allowed out during these conditions unless absolutely necessary. Travel on the road may be subject to arrest. The arrest did not happen too often, but that when the county sheriff began to talk about snow emergency levels, seriously concerned about the safety of the driver.
